I had a decent stay in this centrally located hotel across from Cerro Santa Lucia. For its price, $31 a night, it's a solid budget choice, and my room had a charming sitting area and good natural light. However, the noise from the street was quite bothersome at times, and while the restaurant had some great food, the overall atmosphere could use a refresher to better match the quirky charm I love about the area.

I had a charming stay at this hotel, right across from Cerro Santa Lucia. The room was bright and had a nice little sitting area, though it could get noisy from the street below. The restaurant on the top floor offered great views, and the steak I had was fantastic. However, some rooms looked quite dark, and the activity outside could be bothersome, so earplugs are a must.
